🌀— (the Em dash)
🌀“Game-changer,” “unlock potential,” “next-level,” “cutting-edge, ”pivotal”, “testament”, etc
🌀Impersonal, stale, repetitive cadences and phrasing
Just some of the ways it’s easy to tell if something has been written by AI. Had I started this off the way it suggested (after prompting it to write a “catchy intro”)…
“Most outbound today feels the same.
Generic. Automated. Easy to ignore”
(back to me):
Which is kind of ironic…

All this to say - while AI is great in many facets when it comes to speed of information, it seems to still lack the human element that I’ve found to actually bring people together, and that’s genuine curiosity, and a familiarly (imperfect) personalized approach to relationship building. Relationship building: a very overarching term, but one that I use interchangeably with sales.
Unfortunately, to the average adult in 2026 (who has entered their email address into 8520934 different websites, subscriptions, social media profiles, etc), outbound sales has taken on a negative connotation. It’s become spammy, generic, annoying… mostly due to volume-driven outreach tactics relying solely on AI to mass “personalize” email campaigns, only for most of these emails to ultimately get deleted before even being opened. That’s not AI’s fault, that’s the humans-behind-the-AI’s fault for taking a quantity > quality approach.
AI is obviously useful in many ways, and nearly unavoidable today if you want to grow your business. It does provide a speed/efficiency advantage by recognizing patterns across huge datasets. It’s great for handling repetitive tasks while removing the likelihood of human error. It can handle rapid iterations and testing of different variables simultaneously. Plus, it can work ‘round the clock…
The point in all of this is that AI has its lane where it proves highly useful, but there are still lanes within business that humans hold the advantage. It’s not just my opinion, but rather proven in actual studies (check out some of the studies done by McKinsey) that it is not enough to implement AI alone. The technology cannot change by itself, the people need to change along with it.
No AI? - tough to get ahead
ALL AI? - you won't see the changes you’re hoping for
If only there was an intersection between the two…

Introducing: FLOWSTAiTE
FLOWSTAiTE is an outbound sales engine that combines AI efficiency with a personalized approach, so that you can remain in the ~flow-state~ of managing your business while we bring the qualified buyers to you.We help early-stage companies generate demand for their products/services through relationship-driven outreach. Serving as a dedicated business development engine, we plug in exactly where you need us, taking ownership of various “growth” elements.
Example: Are you’re looking for lead-lists to action yourself? Maybe you’re needing a dedicated appointment-setting partner? Perhaps you need help with CRM optimization and email marketing? We do it all, and more. And in doing so, we focus on the elements that make sense for you, so you can stay focused on scaling your products and closing deals (instead of hunting them down).
🌊🌊🌊
I started FLOWSTAiTE after constantly hearing about the same patterns:
🔷Good companies struggling to generate real conversations
🔷Outreach that looked efficient on paper but fell flat in practice
🔷Volume being prioritized over actual connection
🔷Analysis paralysis when it comes to reaching out
🔷Playing it safe with wording like “hello ___, I am writing to you because”... *DELETE*
🔷Companies being slow or resistant altogether to adopt AI, or conversely, relying SOLELY on AI
🔷Noticing other peoples’ writing and thinking “I know that was AI because ChatGPT literally wrote the same thing for me, using the same exact words”
FLOWSTAiTE breaks these patterns by understanding that in an age of robotic spam, it’s authenticity that cuts through the noise. Think about it… grammar used to be something that was constantly reviewed to make sure it was prefect. But now, it’s to the point where it’s actually refreshing when things are grammatically incorrect sometimes, because at least it signals it was written by a human. And up goes your open-rates and reply-rates…
🌊🌊🌊
Right now, FLOWSTAiTE is prioritizing a small group of initial partners so we can stay hands-on and refine the process in real time. That also means flexible pricing while we establish proof and build trust in the market. If you’re one of the first to work with us, you’re not just another client, you’re helping shape how this evolves.
I’d love to connect for exploratory chats if you (or anyone you know) are thinking about building an outbound sales strategy for the first time, or revamping any current sales processes. Feel free to book a call or shoot me an email!
